This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and front desk duties. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for maintaining effective communication within the team and with clients, ensuring all administrative functions are performed efficiently. Duties Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using Google Suite and QuickBooks. Manage and organize files, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy access to information. Assist with front desk operations, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls professionally. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure the office runs smoothly. Support team members with administrative tasks as required, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars. Utilize computer literacy skills to assist in various office functions, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. Qualifications Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Experience in file management and organizational skills is required. Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly. Previous experience in an administrative role or front desk position is preferred.
