The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties that contribute to the overall success of our organization. Duties Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and team members. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are accurately filed. Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory. Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed. Serve as a personal assistant to senior management when required. Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, acting as a point of contact for clients and vendors. Support medical receptionist duties if applicable, including patient scheduling and record management. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative role or office management position in Beauty Industry is a must!!!! Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Mac computer, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Vagaro (is a plus). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Previous experience as a medical receptionist is advantageous but not required. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
