Job Title:
Warehouse Data Entry Clerk Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Data Entry Clerk to support our warehouse operations by accurately entering and maintaining inventory and shipment data. The ideal candidate will ensure data integrity and help streamline warehouse processes through timely and precise record-keeping. Responsibilities Enter and update inventory data into warehouse management systems (WMS). Maintain accurate records of outgoing shipments. Verify and cross-check data with physical inventory. Generate reports and assist with inventory audits. Communicate with warehouse staff and supervisors to resolve discrepancies. Ensure data is entered in a timely and organized manner. Follow company procedures and safety guidelines. Essential Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software. Basic Excel skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma. Experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a warehouse setting. Familiarity with warehouse operations. Work Environment The role is based in a warehouse office environment and may require standing or walking for extended periods. The candidate must be able to work in an unairconditioned warehouse, entering data into Excel. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 4 pm. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
