This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing essential support to staff and management. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a professional environment. This position may involve interacting with clients and managing various administrative tasks, making it essential for the candidate to be adaptable and efficient. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents. Assist in calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. Provide support in office management tasks to ensure a well-functioning work environment. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Handle incoming correspondence and direct it to appropriate personnel. Collaborate with team members on various projects as needed. Skills Proven experience as administrative role is highly desirable. Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in office management practices and procedures. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Experience in calendar management to coordinate schedules effectively.
