We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Assistant General Manager to support daily operations and strategic initiatives. This is an in-person role based in Miami , ideal for a proactive professional with strong leadership and administrative skills. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth business operations, coordinating projects, managing staff, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination Oversee and coordinate internal and external resources for efficient project execution. Track progress, manage deadlines, and ensure alignment with budgetary and timeline goals. Office Operations Supervise day-to-day office functions, including maintenance and repairs. Promote a well-organized, productive, and functional remote or hybrid work environment. Staff Management Supervise and support team members through training, mentorship, and performance oversight. Delegate responsibilities to maximize team productivity and engagement. Procurement & Inventory Source and purchase office supplies and equipment. Monitor inventory levels and maintain essential stock across departments. Scheduling & Coordination Manage internal calendars, organize meetings and appointments, and coordinate staff schedules. Ensure timely communication and follow-up on scheduled events and deadlines. Internal Relations & Events Foster a positive work culture through internal engagement and team-building activities. Organize and oversee corporate events, celebrations, and staff retreats. Reporting & Presentations Compile and review weekly departmental reports. Prepare management-level presentations and documentation for strategic planning. General Administrative Support Provide comprehensive support for business operations through a variety of administrative tasks. Handle additional duties and ad hoc assignments as required.
Qualifications Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in administrative, operations, or managerial roles. Proven experience in coordinating projects and supervising staff. Skills & Competencies Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Monday.com). SAP experience preferred. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a remote work setting. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
