Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions, scheduling, and resolving concerns with a smile and professionalism.

New Customer Setup:

Transform leads into happy customers by setting up new accounts and entering relevant data accurately into our system.

Sales Support:

Help our sales team succeed by assisting with lead follow-up and managing essential sales-related tasks.

Tech Team Support:

Keep the tech team organized and efficient by updating job statuses, uploading tech notes, and assembling goody bags for new customers.

Administrative Excellence:

Play a key role in keeping things running smoothly by assisting with administrative tasks such as managing technician birthday lists, contacting customers for declined payments, and more. What You Bring to the
