This role goes far beyond answering phones—you’re the face of the office, the first smile people see, and the person who keeps the front office running smoothly. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our real estate agents, keeping operations organized, and fostering a welcoming and professional environment for clients and staff.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is positive, outgoing, learning based, a strong communicator, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office. This person is the face of our Market Center, welcoming agents and clients with a warm and genuine smile. They will direct guests appropriately, notifying agents and staff of arrival, answer phones, and direct calls to agents within the Market Center. They are also responsible for data input of listing and sales data for agents in a fast-paced and highly productive office. This position is a critical part of the leadership team and will have opportunities for personal and professional growth. Graphic design and marketing experience are a plus.
Work Environment:
This job will require someone who can work in a dynamic, high-paced, highly productive environment, who is willing to work and manage changing priorities on a daily basis based on the changing needs in the real estate market and the division. This position is for someone who is detail-oriented and has a high level of experience. This person should know how to be fun and productive at the same time.
Salary :
Salary range: $40,000 – $45,000

Responsibilities:
The job responsibilities included, but are not limited to: Greet and assist guests and clients in person and by phone with warmth and professionalism Set up and maintain the front office and training room for meetings and events Maintains the phone and email system, answering phones on the 2nd ring Maintain agent rosters and assist with updating internal systems Help with onboarding new agents and setting them up with tools and resources Distribute office communications, updates, and announcements via email and social media Track and celebrate agent birthdays, anniversaries, and milestones Create flyers, graphics, or simple marketing materials (graphic design experience is a plus!) Assist the leadership team with special projects, reporting, and general office support Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors Promote a positive office culture and support agent engagement
Qualifications:
