Part-Time, with potential for long-term full-time commitment About the Role We are a warm, busy family seeking a reliable, organized, and versatile Family Assistant to join our household. This long-term role begins part-time (1-2 days/week) in Brickell, Miami, and will transition to 3-5 days/week in Coral Gables starting August 2025. The ideal candidate is proactive, trustworthy, and adept at juggling housekeeping, cooking, newborn childcare, and administrative tasks with a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities Housekeeping:

Keep our home clean and organized, including laundry, tidying, and cleaning tasks.

Cooking:

Prepare healthy, family-friendly meals (breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner) tailored to our dietary preferences (Eastern European-style preferred).

Childcare:

Provide attentive care for our newborn, including but not limited to feeding, diapering, engaging activities, stroller walks, and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment.

Administrative Tasks:

Manage household schedules, coordinate appointments, run errands (e.g., grocery shopping), and assist with light bookkeeping or correspondence. Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping, cooking, childcare, and/or administrative roles. Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to prepare nutritious meals. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and comfort driving in Miami. Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor. Background check and at least two professional references required.

Schedule & Compensation Initial Schedule:

Part-time, 8-15 hours/week (1-2 days), with flexible days and times to be agreed upon. From August 2025: 3-5 days/week, approximately 20-40 hours/week.

Compensation:
