The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates clearly, and enjoys helping people navigate their care. This is a great fit for pre-med or health sciences students looking for hands-on experience in a clinical setting. Duties Greet patients with empathy and professionalism (in person and via phone/text) Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and assist with intake paperwork Manage front office communication, including secure texting systems Support providers by coordinating documentation and patient messages Maintain an organized, HIPAA-compliant front office environment Handle general administrative tasks (scanning, filing, data entry) Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Experience in an office environment; previous experience in customer service is a must. Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including familiarity with office software applications.
