Key Responsibilities:
Communication Management:

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.

Document Management:

Organize and maintain files, records, and documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.

Maintain office supplies inventory, order new materials as needed, and ensure the office environment is clean and organized.

Administrative Support:

Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations; assist with data entry and other clerical tasks.

Visitor Reception:

Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate personnel or department.

Team Collaboration:

Support team members with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:
Education:
