Position is Mon-Fri We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. This role is essential for maintaining efficient operations and providing excellent service to both internal teams and external clients. Duties Run quarterly and yearly reports for state of CT and USDOT Problem solve, learn, and contribute in a startup environment where processes are being understood, created, and implemented. Manage daily office operations, including managing calendars Respond to calls/messages and direct them appropriately. Work with software for scheduling and billing. Perform general clerical duties such as typing correspondence and preparing reports. Skills Strong problem solving. Operate with little direction. Attention to detail. Ability to research policies and procedures. Summarize and communicate findings.
