Responsibilities:
Manage and organize paperwork, files, and records. Process invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents. Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars. Arrange travel and accommodation’s when necessary. Order and maintain office supplies and inventory. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. Respond to emails and general inquiries professionally. Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal staff. Maintain accurate records and ensure proper document filing. Operate office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and fax machines. Input data accurately into spreadsheets and databases. Provide excellent customer service and support front desk activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong math skills for handling financial records and data analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Strong organizational and time management skills . Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Experience in handling office equipment and software. Pay Rate:
$20 – $25 per hour . Based on experience.
