Office Clerk Miami Dental Spa Pinecrest, FL 33156 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. This role requires strong computer literacy and proficiency in office software, as well as excellent communication skills. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele. Duties Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a professional manner. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Utilize Google Suite and other office software for document creation, scheduling, and communication. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and tracking payments. Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of information. Support team members with clerical duties as needed, ensuring timely completion of projects. Operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems to facilitate daily operations. Experience Previous experience in an office or clerical role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Suite. Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with staff and clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
