ResponsibilitiesDocument Production – Preparing copies or other materials as requestedReceiving, sorting, and distributing mail/packagesScanningPreparing overnight packages for shippingStocking office supplies and taking inventoryAssisting with setting up conference rooms for meetings and other related events/functions; post-meetings clean-up and break-down of set-upsChecking conference rooms daily for neatness and stocking conference suppliesPerforming Office Services duties with a positive customer service approachOther Office Services-related responsibilitiesMinimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent experienceMinimum of 2 years of Office Services experienceExperience in a law firm or other professional organization is preferredKnowledge of copiers, printers, faxes, and other office equipment requiredMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel)Ability to lift 50lbs unassistedA valid Florida Driver’s License is requiredAbility to work well with others as a team player, multi-task, and prioritize workActual salaries will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset.
