Job Description:
We are a small, fast-paced office in the Palmetto Bay area looking to hire a reliable and motivated Part-Time Assistant to support both business and personal administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone organized, flexible, and eager to learn across different areas of office operations.
Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties (filing, organizing, scheduling, data entry) Assist with day-to-day office operations Handle personal errands and miscellaneous tasks as needed Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members Light research and documentation Occasional support in basic construction-related tasks (e.g., managing paperwork, coordinating with contractors)
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills Entry-level office experience preferred but not required Comfortable using basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) Self-starter with a positive attitude
Preferred:
Basic understanding or familiarity with the construction industry
