Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and schedule service calls
- Order, receive, and log appliance parts
- Register and follow up on claims
- Close out tickets and update records
- Follow up on estimates and take customer payments
- Maintain a clean and organized office
- Monitor and respond to emails
- Assist the office manager with additional tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent
PROPER ENGLISH
is a MUST (bilingual in Spanish)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
- Prior experience in an office setting preferred
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (emails, scheduling, data entry)
