Personal Assistant Ctr productions Miami Beach, FL 33141 Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. Responsibilities Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives or team members. Coordinate meetings, and conferences, appointments. Assist in project coordination by tracking deadlines and deliverables. Handle phone communications with professionalism Prepare documents using DocuSign for electronic signatures and manage administrative paperwork. Maintain organized files and documentation for easy retrieval Experience Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and team members. Experience with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms is a plus.
