Personal Assistant/Driver Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Personal Assistant/Driver to provide support in both professional and personal tasks. This position involves transportation duties as well as managing day-to-day errands, scheduling, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is discreet, highly organized, and comfortable adapting to a dynamic schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe and timely transportation to appointments, meetings, and events Manage calendar and daily schedule, including coordinating appointments and travel arrangements Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning pickup, package delivery, etc. Assist with administrative duties including email management, filing, and light bookkeeping Ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and properly maintained Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times
Requirements:
