Associate Entry Level Position Summary:

The Recognition Coordinator will work closely with the Recognition Team to assist in the development of both long•and short-term recognition programs. This position provides support in the daily and monthly recognition projects, ensuring deadlines are met and accuracy is maintained. Additionally, the Recognition Coordinator will play a key role in sourcing and managing market partner gifts, along with overseeing various project management tasks to ensure the completion of recognition initiatives on schedule. The role will also involve monitoring all related program inventories, completing briefs, and supporting the execution of projects efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Assemble, ship and inventory monthly, quarterly and event recognition pieces. Source Market Partner gifts, awards and certificates plus any needed items. Create and assist with briefs with detail and accuracy. Own the Recognition email communication with MPs. Work with Procurement to ensure POs are completed and assisting in getting the information needed to ensure orders are placed on time and inventory is fulfilled. Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist with maintaining consistent recognition practices across all programs. Assist with Social Media recognition, including supporting posts and content related to recognition efforts and promotion of our recognition programs. Assist in communicating with MPs, including coordinating monthly photos, sizes, names, focus groups, and other recognition details. Help with the processing of budgets, invoices, and acquisitions, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Review, respond to, and close cases assigned to the Recognition queue, ensuring all requests are resolved. Understand and stay informed about the company’s compensation plan details across all career levels. This position may require occasional attendance/participation at events in the evening or on weekends. Other duties as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements:
Education, Knowledge, and Experience:

Requires a High School Diploma and 1-3 years of related experience or may have 0 years of experience plus an associate degree, or additional training, or certification. 2 years of experience in recognition or equivalent in recognition efforts through Direct Selling. Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Skills:

Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Works under moderate supervision. Executes against deliverables on-time and achieves desired results. Effective communication skills (written and verbal) Self-starter and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment. Strong project follow-through. Good interpersonal skills and a team player.

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to regularly stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, talk, or hear. The employee in a job that regularly requires lifting up to 50 pounds.
