Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Yulee, Florida. This role involves a variety of tasks including customer service, data entry, and email correspondence. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and provide administrative support across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries
- Managing email correspondence with clients and team members
- Accurately entering data into our internal systems
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining organized records
- Greeting and assisting clients at the front desk
- Collaborating with team members to manage paperwork
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams to perform tasks efficiently
- Scanning trucks and preparing loads for dispatch
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Assisting with other administrative duties as needed. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy
- Skilled in email correspondence, ensuring timely and detail oriented responses
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with scheduling appointments, coordinating calendars, and managing tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
