Sr Administrative Assistant Eglin Air Force Base, Florida Administrative/Clerical 21257 Astrion is looking for a Sr Administrative Assistant to support our customer, the 96 Test Wing at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida 32542. •US Citizenship and Secret Security Clearance Required•The 96 Test Wing is comprised of multiple wings and detachments and is responsible for future testing requirements and training for technology and infrastructure to support its Developmental Test & Evaluation mission. Qualifications Master’s with 10 years’ experience in administration and clerical functions. Substitution of experience for education will be considered with government approval.
Be proficient in Microsoft office products to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and have knowledge in AF directives and procedures.
Must be able to work effectively alone, unsupervised, or within a group.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with customer interaction and presentation capability. Responsibilities Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, and arranging conference calls.
Schedule and track meetings.
Conduct research and prepare non-technical statistical reports.
Manage and provide necessary documentation for requests for information.
Support organizational process changes (or improvements).
Maintain Air Force and organizational publications.
Perform office organizational activities.
