Job Description
Site Coordinator Seminole Tribe of Florida 650 E Harney Pond Rd NE, Okeechobee, FL 34974 The incumbent in this position is responsible for overseeing the administrative and support services of the Tribal Secretary’ Office located at the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Brighton Reservation. The individual supervises the day-to-day operations and coordinates the proper execution of Tribal enrollment applications, voter registration, Tribal Election activities, issuance of Tribals IDs and collection and processing of documents for vehicle state registration requests. High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. An Associate’s degree is preferred. A minimum of one (1) year of experience providing administrative support and coordinating office activities is required. An equivalent combination of education/training and experience will be considered. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Designation as a Florida Public Notary, or the ability to obtain such designation, is required. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficient computer skills working with Microsoft software programs. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays is required.
