We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in a part-time capacity. You will be working independently and supporting the office with essential day-to-day administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and administrative support tasks with a high degree of accuracy Organize and maintain Excel spreadsheets and databases Manage and file digital and physical documents Assist with scheduling, project tracking, and email correspondence Prepare invoices and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks Help manage inventory lists, vendor orders, and customer communications Perform general office tasks such as ordering supplies and handling mail Must be able to move items of 50lbs and climb stairs

What We’re Looking For:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Comfortable working independently and handling repetitive or detail-oriented tasks Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Positive attitude and willingness to support a creative, fast-paced team

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in administrative or office support roles Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar invoicing tools is a plus Interest in design or home decor is a bonus but not required

Work Environment:

Flexible schedule within business hours Small, collaborative office setting Friendly and supportive team atmosphere Requirements Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Canva. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Ability to work independently and remain on task without supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
