Full Job Description Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant’s primary duties will be in support of the Office Manager as well as the Sales staff. Duties /

Responsibilities:

Receive, sort, and distribute information from previous day. Facilitate payment of vendors, which may include verification, reviewing of purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies. Confirm sales orders for accuracy, match invoices to POD. Process credit card payment, ACH and scanning checks. Data entry in Great Plains. Manage supply room. Assist CSR’s with customer service as needed, language, PODS, sales orders, etc. Maintain AR and AP file cabinets. Other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, as experience in A/R and A/P. Great Plains accounting software systems helpful. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records. Professional phone and face-to-face contact with all customers and team members. Accurate and timely completion of all paperwork. Attention to detail. Teamwork.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma required; Business or Accounting degree preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
