Job Description:
Position Overview:

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a proactive and strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring timely execution of scheduled tasks and commitments. This individual will be highly organized, persistent, and adept at managing priorities, providing gentle yet firm accountability to keep initiatives on track. Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate executive schedules with efficiency and discretion are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize office operations and procedures. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Maintain and update company databases and records. Assist with Sales inventory management and order processing. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Provide support to the management team as needed. Assist in the planning and execution of company events and projects. Assist with email and schedule management to keep the CEO on task. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Canva is required. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Experience in the audio-visual or event planning industry is a plus.
