Professional Growth Essential Responsibilities:

Assists with general administrative and clerical duties such: Answers A/R related phone calls promptly and provides professional customer service Posts customer payments from credit card, cash, checks, and

Provides assistance to our customers regarding their accounts, addresses inquiries, and resolves issues effectively Provides assistance to our counter guys and service advisors with questions or concerns on customer accounts Updates customer accounts as needed Reviews quotes from the parts department to ensure they’re billed and applied properly Contacts customers regarding available credits on their account Sends invoice copies to customers as requested Scans all parts and service invoices and organizes them in the shared drive Enters and files Mack and Volvo invoices into an Excel spreadsheet All other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Experience:

Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to read, write, listen and effectively communicate with others. Three (3) years of receptionist experience, preferably in a truck dealership environment. Some accounting experience preferred. Associate’s Degree (A.A.) preferred.
