Join our team! Leland Management is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for one of its communities in the Orlando area. The position is full-time (Monday thru Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm) with competitive pay and excellent benefits. The Administrative Assistant will report to the onsite Community Association Manager. They will be responsible to perform a wide range of duties to accomplish administrative support for community residents and activities of a 373 Resident/ in Orlando, Florida. This position is the initial point of contact for residents and visitors in the community clubhouse office, provide assistance and follow-up in various matters, with a goal of ensuring consistently positive experiences. Key Responsibilities Act as primary support interface for residents and visitors by answering questions, and escalating concerns as necessary Assist with new resident processing and status including distribution of materials: (directories, keys, procedures, and web site registration. Perform administrative tasks such as phone answering, filing, record keeping, issuing visitor passes Manage the diverse activities schedule and calendar for the community. Support the LCAM / Homeowners Association Board Members by assisting with committees, maintaining logs, preparation of annual voting material and other support as requested Prepare and publish daily and “as needed” community wide informational bulletins through email Assist the community newsletter editors with preparation, printing and distribution of the Club publication. Responsible for creation and publication of HOA monthly newsletter. Supervise cleaning staff and party set-up.
