Administrative Assistant Dvine Body Lounge 14522 Landstar Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32824 Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth office management, and providing exceptional service at the front desk. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the front desk, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for office events. Perform office management duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications. Utilize Google Suite applications for document creation, spreadsheet management, and presentation preparation. Support medical reception tasks as needed, including patient check-in and appointment scheduling. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for clients and staff. Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve overall efficiency. Requirements Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential. Experience in office management and familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus. Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
