About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Federal Team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain and organize office files, both digital and hard copy, in compliance with internal and client procedures. Assisting with written reports and presentations. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel, for data entry, reporting, and documentation. Scan and file documents according to standardized procedures. Draft and format routine letters, memos, and reports using Microsoft Word. Compile and assemble data for reports and presentations from established sources. Schedule and manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements. Provide general administrative support and perform additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma required; minimum of 2 years of administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Expert-level communication and writing skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
