Theideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience inadministrative assistant roles and possess excellent organizationaland communication skills. This is a contract position with thepotential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:

Provideadministrative support to the finance team, including schedulingmeetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Assist with day-to-day operations, such as ordering office suppliesand maintaining equipment. Manage billing and invoicing processes,including tracking payments and reconciling accounts. Conductresearch and compile data for reports and presentations. Act as thefirst point of contact for clients and vendors, answering phonecalls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations andefficient communication.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years ofexperience in administrative assistant roles, preferably in thefinance industry. Strong organizational and time-management skills,with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite, with experience using Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with billing and invoicing processes. Ability to workindependently and as part of a team. Bachelor’s degree in BusinessAdministration or a related field is preferred.
