Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
High School Diploma (Required) Bilingual in Spanish (Highly Preferred) Must have 1+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Knowledge of Microsoft Office Working knowledge of office devices and processes Experience working in the healthcare industry (preferred)
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Responsible for answering incoming calls to schedule appointments and redirect calls to appropriate staff Greet customers at the front door Scheduling appointments for on-site visits at a high volume Complete follow-ups with current customers regarding their appointments Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
Administrative Assistant Compensation:
$17 an hour
