Orlando, FL 32811 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office administrator & Order Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders efficiently while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and proficiency in office management tasks. The candidate will ensure smooth office operations by processing orders accurately, handling administrative tasks, managing basic social media postings, and assisting with labeling/organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing (Primary Duty) ✔ Receive and verify customer orders (email/phone/website). ✔ Enter orders into the system ✔ Coordinate with shipping/logistics to ensure timely dispatch. ✔ Handle order inquiries, tracking updates, and basic customer service. ✔ Manage returns/refunds if applicable. 2. General Administrative Work ✔ Organize and maintain digital/physical files. ✔ Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally. ✔ Mailings ✔ Assist with inventory checks and office supply orders. ✔ Schedule meetings or manage calendars if needed. 3. Social Media Posting ✔ Create and schedule weekly posts (Instagram, TikTok etc). ✔ Use templates or pre-approved content (minimal design work). ✔ Monitor and reply to basic comments/messages ✔ Track post performance (likes, shares) in a simple report. 4. Labeling & Office Organization ✔ Print and apply shipping labels for orders. ✔ Organize storage areas with proper labeling. ✔ Preparing packages for shipment (tape, bubble wrap, etc.). And any other tasks the position requires
Skills & Requirements:
✅ Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email). ✅ Attention to detail (no order/shipping errors). ✅ Time management (prioritize tasks efficiently). ✅ Social media familiarity (posting, hashtags). ✅ Reliable & self-motivated (small team environment).
Nice-to-Have:
