The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Google Workspace, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing schedules, handling communications, and maintaining office files. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Manage calendar scheduling and appointments for team members. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Assist in proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity. Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, for easy access. Utilize Google Workspace tools for document creation, data entry, and collaboration. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly. Support personal assistant duties as needed to facilitate smooth workflow. Requirements Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive). Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
