Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Permit and Inspections Manager, the primary objective of this position is to support the Florida team operations by applying for, following up on and picking up permits.
General Duties:
Permit Prowess:
Heavy use of our portal and several city websites to obtain permits
Communication Champion:
Work directly with our Permit team daily to coordinate jobs, needs and tasks using frequent, clear and concise communication
Community Liaison:
Maintain consistent service levels to each of our contractors by answering requests with urgency, empathy and accuracy.
Team Player:
Offer administrative support as needed, including (but not limited to) driving to pick up or pay for permits in multiple locations using a company vehicle, answer phones, mail permits, send emails, conduct necessary research to obtain permits
Data Wizard:
Organize and file digital and physical documents, and various reports
Professionalism Prodigy:
Maintain consistent and professional attendance, punctuality and personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health and safety guidelines
Rapid Response Specialist:
Answer all emails and correspondence with urgency
Engagement Enthusiast:
Attend and participate in monthly or weekly meetings

Willing to cross-train in other departments as needed
