A high-profile and highly active CEO is seeking an experienced and exceptionally organized Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support across both professional and personal spheres. This role requires someone with outstanding discretion, foresight, and the ability to operate with precision in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner, ensuring that all aspects of the CEO’s life are managed with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee personal tasks including household coordination, vendor management, and event planning
- Organize business expenses by maintaining accurate records of receipts and submitting documentation in a timely and structured manner
- Manage a complex and ever-changing calendar, including professional meetings, travel, and personal commitments
- Coordinate all aspects of domestic travel, ensuring seamless logistics and contingency planning
- Serve as a key point of contact, handling communications and correspondence with tact and discretion
- Assist with the preparation of meeting materials, reports, and briefings
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and act proactively to address them
- Maintain absolute confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting a senior executive in a personal or executive assistant capacity
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with exceptional attention to detail
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in calendar and travel management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
