About Us:
We are a dual-entrepreneur household seeking a trustworthy, organized, and highly capable In-Home Personal Assistant to support our daily lives and household operations. The home is managed by a CEO of a fast-paced, multifaceted company and a successful handyman business owner. The right person will become a critical part of our home and business life, helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Our last personal assistant was with us for over a decade and became part of our family, so there are big shoes to fill! Don’t worry though, she moved away and she will also help you from afar to onboard! Your primary interaction and responsibility will be with the female CEO and the only household duties required are laundry and dishes daily to help us keep up between our regular housekeepers being here. There are NO childcare duties in this role. We prefer someone who would stick around for years and is committed to learning our lifestyle and the job. More hours will be made available as the fit is confirmed.
Core Responsibilities:
Act as a reliable point of contact for managing our household’s day-to-day needs Schedule and manage personal appointments (medical, automotive, grooming, etc.) Coordinate and supervise contractors or service providers working at the home Maintain and update calendars for household-related tasks and appointments Handle personal errands and online orders as needed Organize closets, storage spaces, paperwork, and household systems. Keep laundry and dishes up and put away. Implement simple home management systems for mail, supplies, etc. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all personal and household matters Provide general administrative support and task tracking
What We’re Looking For:
Must be highly organized, efficient, and solution-oriented Strong communication skills—both written and verbal Professionalism and discretion are absolutely essential Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities Comfortable working in a dynamic home environment Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Household Manager is preferred . Stay at home mom professionals are highly encouraged to apply! Tech-savvy with the ability to manage online scheduling, apps, and task lists Must pass a clear criminal background check Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Schedule & Flexibility:
