Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the creation, dispatch, and maintenance bill management of after-sales repair work orders; 2. Organize the department’s weekly meeting to summarize the department’s weekly operation status and work plan; 3. Cooperate with sales and warehouse departments to assist in handling order delivery matters; 4. Report to the department manager the department’s weekly and monthly after-sales service processing; 5. Accept customer complaints and follow up the output and implementation of customer complaint plans, sort out customer complaint handling reports, and record customer complaint handling expenses 6. Provide general administrative support to the department, including filing, data entry, typing and assisting in the management of correspondence and paperwork, managing diaries, assisting in travel arrangements/organization, receiving visitors, etc.; 7. Assist the department manager to establish, improve and optimize the company’s after-sales service process and system; Job requirements: 1. Two years and above experience in customer service; 2. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, PPT, Word, Excel, etc.; 3. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; 4. Bachelor’s degree or above 5. Experience in after-sales service in the electronics industry is preferred;
