The role The Specialist C&D Projects performs technical and support functions for assigned projects. This position works under the direction of senior leadership to perform tasks related to various functions of project delivery including contract administration, submission of project pay applications, resource scheduling, and communication with project consult ants and internal project team. Provides comprehensive administrative support and project coordination on Hilton Grand Vacations corporate construction and capital improvement. Combines technical and administrative skills in helping to establish and maintain project files, travel arrangements, prepare correspondence , proposal requests and responses, project cost reports, bid analysis and other administrative and project functions. Key Responsibilities Manage projects as assigned taking initiative and ownership through completion. Performs complex project activities involving frequent exercise of independent judgment and diplomacy such as project accounting, budget analysis, etc. Prepare cost report which entails leading the project budget report. Managing and analyzing live reports on a daily basis including forecasting as changes occur and making adjustments where necessary with multiple projects. Review project contractor pay applications against contract amount (including approved change orders). Confirm completion percentages with project manager, review all required back up information for completeness, accuracy, etc. (lien wavers, material invoices, stored material documentation, change order approvals). Leads the Project Accounting in the processing and expediting all invoices for construction and Professional service providers. Including preparing and communicating with project accountants for approvals and processing. Generate and maintain all project documentation logs (contract status, RA’s, certificate of insurance status, close out documentation, submittal, etc). Assist in the communications and follow-up with contractor to resolve outstanding issues. Owns the process for preparing contractor bid packages and professional service RFP’s including monitoring bid and proposal responses and preparing spreadsheet Analysis. Prepares and processes reserve project requests. Manages creation of contracts, including working with third party vendors and legal team. Ownership of project or program implementation and roll-out for non complex projects. Research issues, prepares reports, and provides recommendations to leaders. Responsible for the initial review of furniture, fixture, and equipment (FF&E) specifications or similar documentations, then monitors tracking status and tacking of required submittal.
