Tax Personal Assistant English-Spanish Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Tax Personal Assistant to manage a variety of office-related tasks, administrative support, and personal responsibilities. This role is designed for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. While the position involves some support with tax-related duties, the focus will be on managing day-to-day office tasks and providing personal assistance to ensure smooth operations. A bilingual (English-Spanish) candidate is highly preferred to facilitate communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Task Management:
Oversee daily office operations, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
Document Organization:
Assist in organizing both business and personal documents, ensuring records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, drafting correspondence, and handling emails.
Communication Management:
Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages, acting as a point of contact for both office and personal matters.
Task Coordination:
Act as a point of contact for various tasks, helping prioritize daily duties, and ensuring deadlines are met for office tasks.
Personal Assistance:
Manage personal errands, including scheduling appointments and coordinating office projects.
File Management:
Maintain and update filing systems for both office-related materials and client documents.
Communication Liaison:

Requirements:
