Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks. Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate records. Create, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets for reporting and decision-making. Generate financial, operational, and performance reports using Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and charts). Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and manage internal communications. Prepare and process confidential documentation, including credit card and banking information. Assist in tracking and supporting operations across multiple national locations. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial and operational data. Support other administrative staff and departments as needed. Work Experience Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, charts). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location business environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with sensitive financial information (banking, credit card data). Familiarity with operations in a national/multi-location retail or warehouse setting. Knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
