Championsgate Boulevard, ChampionsGate, FL 33896 Our team is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant that will work directly with our CEO. If you love are multi-passionate, organized and can juggle multiple projects this position is for you. This job will be in person in Championsgate FL and a mix between administrative and personal assistant duties from 9am-3pm in office daily. Please note that references will be called in regards to this position to verify employment and quality of skills. Qualified candidates should have experience supporting executive management, using a variety of project management, communication, or organizational skills. Should be able to work with a team, event help, set up and lead zoom calls, posting jobs, customer service, marketing, answer phones, take and share notes, prioritize tasks, schedule appointments and speak on behalf of the CEO. Should be proficient in Apple computers, gmail, google docs, google calendars and iCal. Should be organized and have a desire to keep things in order and well structured. Should be professional and confident, ensuring protection of sensitive information. We’re seeking someone who enjoys a fast paced work environment while juggling multiple projects at the same time. CEO is quick, fast and hard working and is currently overseeing two companies. Job references from any previous employers will be contacted. Background check for this position will be required.
