This is a part-time, in-person role (20-30 hours/week) with flexible hours (typically 10am-3/4pm) in a quiet, beautiful office. Our ideal candidate is trustworthy, organized, and self-motivated. They are comfortable working independently, have professional communication skills, and are somewhat tech-savvy.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering emails & light customer service Ordering supplies, organizing files Assisting with scheduling & follow-ups Light color printing tasks, basic graphic computer work Preferred to have at least one or more of the following: Printing/graphics experience Property management familiarity QuickBooks or bookkeeping knowledge Lives near the western communities
