Job Description

Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to grow your administrative skills? We’re hiring a reliable Administrative Assistant to support a well-established town council in West Palm Beach. This is a long-term temporary opportunity with consistent hours in a professional, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing day-to-day administrative support to town council staff Assisting with document management and scanning historical records (note: this will be the focus at first but is temporary) Performing mail merges, working with Microsoft Word, and using Excel for basic data entry and organization Supporting meetings, maintaining records, and helping with general office tasks

Strong administrative or computer skills – entry-level candidates welcome if you’re tech-savvy and ready to learn! Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic Excel Familiarity with mail merge features Someone organized, dependable, and comfortable working onsite daily This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a government setting, build your resume, and make a real contribution to a collaborative team.
