Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the front desk point of contact for the office, greeting visitors, answering phone calls and responding to general email inquiries.
  • Manage the office phone system, ensuring calls are routed appropriately and messages are relayed in a timely manner.
  • Oversee office management tasks, including scheduling appointments, generating resident work orders and maintaining office records.
  • Provide team management support by coordinating meetings and preparing general mail outs.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure documents are properly scanned, stored and easily accessible.
  • Review of general application submissions for accuracy and completeness; conduct timely follow-ups when necessary.

  • Skilled in collaborating with team members and providing clear, consistent communication regarding administrative operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Enumerate/Tops Management Software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ABDI Gate Access Software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of POA, Condominium and HOA Operations is a plus.
