Position Overview :
The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is proficient in managing administrative tasks, supporting our executive team, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Perform general clerical duties and office support as needed
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
