We have been in business more than 25 years. We strive to provide excellent customer service to all of our accounts. Our organization is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the staff, including scanning, filing, mailings, answering calls, and handling other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a Full Time position and the hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00. This is NOT a call center. We are an accounting office specializing in Condos and HOA’s. This position requires knowledge of computers, phones, attention to detail, Word, Excel, and a high level of customer service. Experience in accounts receivable and/or accounts payable is a plus. Applicant must be self motivated and able to work in a very fast paced environment. Must be able to work independently. This position involves administrative work, answering customer calls and responding to questions, dealing with customers in person, emails, scanning documents, looking up customer information and accurately answer customer’s questions. Must be a multi-tasker.

Requirements:
