Jupiter, FL 33458 • Hybrid work Summary RMPK Funding is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Grants in various administrative tasks on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat Pro. This role requires excellent time management, attention to detail, flexibility, and good written skills. The job will be primarily to keep up with grant status reports and assist the Director in maintaining the project management spreadsheets (SmartSheet). Experience At least five years’ experience in an administrative role. Expert in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with Microsoft Excel and SmartSheet is preferred.
