Open to collage students or collage graduates with two or four year degrees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, assisting with data entry, and providing front desk support. This role requires excellent time management skills and proficiency in Google Suite to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Manage and organize files, ensuring all documents are accurately maintained and easily accessible. Notarize documents. If you are not a Public Notary you will need to become one. Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members. Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence to ensure clarity and correctness. Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing administrative support as required.
