Description We are in search of an Administrative Assistant for our operations in Juno Beach, Florida, United States. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing administrative support, ensuring smooth operations within our team. You will have the opportunity to showcase your organizational and customer service skills in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact, answering inbound calls and greeting tenants.
- Undertake data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage email correspondence and take responsibility for inbound and outbound calls.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to perform various administrative functions.
- Schedule appointments, ensuring optimal time management.
- Provide high-quality customer service, resolving inquiries promptly.
- Assist the treasurer in their duties, providing necessary administrative support.
- Use QuickBooks desktop for various administrative tasks. Requirements
- Proficiency in answering inbound calls with a courteous demeanor
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality customer service
- Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Solid experience in handling email correspondence in a business setting
- Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls effectively
- Strong skills in using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, email management, and other organizational tasks
- Proficiency in using Microsoft PowerPoint to create engaging presentations
- Strong skills in using Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
- Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, managing time and resources effectively
