Job Description

Description We are offering an employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in West Palm Beach, Florida. Working in the industry, this role requires a highly organized individual who will manage a variety of office-related tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers for design center and closing appointments
  • Schedule design appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Manage the ordering of office supplies for all offices, both in West Palm Beach and remotely
  • Handle the coordination for reservations
  • Process and respond to inbound calls and email correspondences from customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Maintain accurate data entry and customer records using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
  • Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint for various office tasks
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary Requirements
  • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills, with an ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
  • Excellent data entry skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in email correspondence, with strong written communication skills
  • Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring high standards of customer care
